Polyacrylamide for urban sewage is a high-efficiency flocculating agent for different urban sewage treatment by hundreds of millions of polyacrylamide manufacturers. Two: cationic polyacrylamide, belonging to the linear polymer compounds, mainly for sludge dewatering block processing. Because it has a variety of active groups, it can be adsorbed with many substances to form hydrogen bonds, with turbidity removal, decolorization, adsorption, adhesion and other functions to better deal with the dewatering of sludge in urban domestic sewage.
Of course, there is a non-ionic polyacrylamide. Because it does not have ionic functional groups, compared with anionic polyacrylamide, the flocculation performance is less affected by the fluctuation of pH value and salts of wastewater, but under neutral or alkaline conditions, the flocculation effect of nonionic polyacrylamide is not as good as that of anionic type. However, the strength of the non-ionic flocs is stronger than that of the anionic polyacrylamide.
Precautions for the use of polyacrylamide for municipal domestic sewage:
1. This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, but pay attention to waterproof, moisture-proof, avoid sunlight.
2. This product is easy to absorb moisture and should be stored in a cool and dry place. The packaging is enclosed by the inner bag and the outer is a kraft paper bag with double protection.
3. When preparing polyacrylamide aqueous solution, it should be carried out in enamel, galvanized, aluminum or plastic barrels, and cannot be prepared and stored in iron containers.
4. When the water solution is prepared, it should be used in time to avoid long-term storage and failure.
