Product Details
Cationic polyacrylamide is the most widely used sewage treatment agent in municipal sewage treatment at present. Its main raw materials are acrylamide, DAC or DMC copolymer, which is synthesized at high temperature to form polymer polymer type sewage treatment agent. We usually call it cationic polyacrylamide, also known as cpam.
The problem of charge value of cationic polyacrylamide is often encountered in some practical applications. In the industrial treatment process of sludge cake, the general sewage ion is negatively charged, and the positive charge of this and cation can attract each other to bridge and flocculation precipitation occurs rapidly. This also determines the great effect of cation with positive charge.
The number of charge of the cation-the number of charge density of the cationic polyacrylamide is a relative concept. The higher the charge density, the higher the degree of ion, which determines the price of the cation and the length of the molecular chain. Generally, the molecular weight of cations with high ionic degree is not too long, that is, between 800 and 10 million, but the higher the ionic degree, the tighter the group formed with sludge. Generally, if the sludge treatment is to be applied to a filter press, products with high ionic content in cations will be selected, so that the filter cloth will not be blocked and the formed sludge will be more compact.
In other words, municipal domestic sewage treatment plants generally use high cationic polyacrylamide, and it is recommended to use an ionic degree of about 50.
