Specific use:

The main characteristics of sewage produced by paper mills are large water volume, high chroma, large suspended solids content and high organic matter concentration. Generally, the main problem to be solved in the treatment of this wastewater is to remove SS and COD. At present, the more popular methods for treating paper mill wastewater include air flotation, precipitation, combination of physicochemical and biochemical treatment, etc. If air flotation or precipitation is adopted, coagulant (polyaluminum chloride) and coagulant aid are added, in this way, most of SS can be removed, and most of non soluble COD and part of soluble COD and BOD5. Special polyacrylamide for paper mills generally uses anionic polyacrylamide with molecular weight above 15 million to achieve ideal effect (it is better to do test and selection to see what kind of hydrolysis polyacrylamide PAM products your sewage water quality is suitable for). 1. Dissolution temperature. Dissolution requires a certain temperature to speed up the dissolution. However, if the temperature is too high, the molecular chain of the polymer will be broken and the use effect will be reduced. The more suitable dissolution temperature is 50-60 ℃.

2. Stirring conditions. Dissolution should avoid too strong shear stirring, too strong stirring will break the molecular chain, thereby reducing the use effect. Mixing should adopt low-speed blade, such as anchor type, frame type, multi-layer slurry type, etc. The stirring speed is about 60 r/min. Transport should also avoid the use of high-speed centrifugal pump, more suitable for the use of piston pump or diaphragm pump.

3. Uniform dispersion feeding. The key to the dissolution of polyacrylamide PAM is the uniform dispersion of the feed. After the mixer is started, it is best to use mechanical vibration screen feeding (screen mesh number is 10 mesh), try to avoid the production of "large mass", "fish eye" insoluble particles, so that polyacrylamide can be fully dissolved, play a good use effect.

4, avoid and iron solution. In the dissolving, stirring and conveying dosing system, it is best to use plastic, enamel, aluminum, stainless steel and other materials.
